Graduated university with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I am a qualified lvl 2 Fitness Instructor and now working towards my lvl 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals using my knowlege. Designing personalised training programs that are both effective and safe. Currently, I am further expanding my expertise by pursing a Masters degree in Sports Nutrition, aiming to intergrate optimal nutrtion strategies into my clients fitness plans for enchanced performance, recovery and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
