Indoor Cycling

This is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strenght, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Amazing calorie burning, dont be scared though, you control the gears!
