This is an intense workout class where participants exercise on our stationary Keiser bikes. Ride sitting, standing or hover over your saddle but inevitably you will be swept along by the beat of the music & the buzz in the room.

Pilates is a fantastic technique for strengthening and balancing all the muscles of the body to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries as well as improve posture and range of movement.

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training class, its design to give you an hour of exercise in 30 minutes, with no rest between exercises.
Classes can burn up to 400 calories, exercise can be adapted depending on your fitness levels.
